About me
Who am I?
Hi, I’m a 25-year-old sports scientist, calisthenics athlete, and coach.
About five years ago, I discovered calisthenics – and ever since, this sport has become a huge part of my life. What started out of curiosity quickly turned into a true passion. I love the combination of strength, control, and creativity that calisthenics offers – and that feeling of accomplishment when you finally master a new movement.
With a Master’s degree in Sports Science and years of experience working with various coaches, I’ve gained valuable perspectives on training and personal growth. These experiences taught me that real progress goes far beyond the physical – it’s about discipline, body awareness, and a good structure.
Today, I want to share that passion:
